About Us

We first opened our doors on 23 July 2022 and wow, what an incredible first year it has been! We have been overwhelmed with the love, support and encouragement from the local community, who are delighted to see a bookshop back in West Kirby after over a decade!

We might be a small shop, but we pride ourselves on stocking a wide range of books for all adults and children. From the latest bestsellers to unusual titles from small presses, we aim to find a book for everyone. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, having well curated bookshelves, and will always give a warm welcome when you walk through our door.

We host a very lively events programme, bringing authors from all over the world to the Wirral, run a popular monthly book club, partner with schools and charities, and collaborate with local organisations. We are passionate about supporting the local community and want to see West Kirby thriving!
